The Managing Board of Sixt Leasing SE has two members:
Since 1 January 2019 Mr. Michael Ruhl is Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of Sixt Leasing SE. He is responsible for the departments Group Strategy and Corporate Development, Sales, Marketing, Operations, Purchasing, Remarketing und Human Resources.
Mr. Ruhl has many years of experience in sales and leasing business. From 2013 to 2018 Michael Martin Ruhl has been Managing Director of Hannover Leasing GmbH & Co. KG. The company manages more than 200 investments and mutual funds with a total asset value of around 10 billion euros.
Before joining Hannover Leasing, Mr. Ruhl worked for 17 years in leading sales positions. After various positions at the Commerzbank, the banker and banking business economist moved in 1997 to DaimlerChrysler Services Structured Finance GmbH, a predecessor company of DFH Deutsche Fonds Holding AG, where he was last a member of the Board.

Mr. Björn Waldow was appointed Chief Financial Officer (CFO) of Sixt Leasing SE on 1 April 2015. He is responsible for accounting, controlling, treasury, investor relations, risk management, revision, legal, compliance and IT.
Mr. Waldow has a degree in business studies and completed his training as a banker. He joined the Sixt Group in 2010 and worked in corporate development. In his capacity as Managing Director he was responsible for the departments strategy, mergers & acquisitions (M&A), sales controlling as well as corporate risk management. From 2002 to 2010 he worked with Roland Berger Strategy Consultants, where he assumed the role of Principal. From 1995 to 2001 Mr. Waldow held various positions with Deutsche Bank.
