The Managing Board of Sixt Leasing SE has two members:
Since 1 January 2018 Mr. Thomas Spiegelhalter is Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of Sixt Leasing SE with responsibility for the strategic development of the company, sales and marketing as well as purchasing, IT and HR.
Mr. Spiegelhalter holds a degree as business economist (Diplom-Betriebswirt) and brings with him many years of experience in automotive sales and the leasing industry. From 2004 to 2017 he was Managing Director of BERESA, one of Germany's largest Mercedes-Benz car dealership groups. In his last assignment he was spokesperson for the management team and signed responsible for the operative business of the Mercedes-Benz (cars, utility vehicles, trucks) and smart brands across the 17 locations of the BERESA Group. Before that Mr. Spiegelhalter worked, among other things, in the Daimler Group headquarters overseeing the European fleet business.

Mr. Björn Waldow was appointed Chief Financial Officer (CFO) of Sixt Leasing SE on 1 April 2015. He is responsible for finances, accounting and controlling as well as investor relations, risk management, revision, legal and compliance issues.
Mr. Waldow has a degree in business studies and completed his training as a banker. He joined the Sixt Group in 2010 and worked in corporate development. In his capacity as Managing Director he was responsible for the departments strategy, mergers & acquisitions (M&A), sales controlling as well as corporate risk management. From 2002 to 2010 he worked with Roland Berger Strategy Consultants, where he assumed the role of Principal. From 1995 to 2001 Mr. Waldow held various positions with Deutsche Bank.
